Role & Responsibilities:

Providing technical support to Microsoft's platform and communication technologies to their North American customers

Technologies cover Miscrosoft Windows servers, Exchange, Lync, Network etc. and Cloud
 
As this team supports North American customers, you will be required to work in night shifts
 
Work involves technical trouble shooting by talking to customers and understanding the issue and resolving it

This may involve a lot of research, going through case studies, logs, etc. and also consult SMEs
